Tasting Notes : OVERVIEW A modern Ausralian Grenache with greath length and depth of flavour that showcases premium fruit from the famous Barossa Valley. | COLOUR: Bright crimson red with purple hues. | AROMA Fragrant black cherry and strawberry aroma along with sublte earthiness. A heady mix pepper and lifted raspberry. | TASTE This wine seamlessly combines fine dusty tannin and crunchy red fruits. Fresh raspberry and cherry notes. | ENJOY WITH Roasted lemon thyme chicken. Crispy pork with Asian salad. Medium term, cellaring will be rewarded, however the wine is also perfect for immediate enjoyment.| VINTAGE CONDITIONS Good rains in winer and spring and a cool summer saw a later harvest that in recent years, allowing the fruit to fully ripen without heat pressure and develop intense flavours. | WINEMAKING
After crushing, up to 20% of juice was run off to concentrate the flavours. Must was fermented in static fermenters before being pressed off to older oak barrels to matue for 6 months prior to blending. Two old vine vineyards were utilized to craft this modern Barossa Grenache.
